Randy Travis - Arrested Again!
Randy Travis, 53, was arrested again August 7, 2012. He was found naked, smelling of alcohol and lying on a remote stretch of roadway in Texas.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated and felony retaliation. He allegedly threatened to fatally shoot the highway patrol officer who responded to a caller saying there was a man lying in the roadway.
Randy refused to take a blood and breath test. He was later forced to submit a blood specimen under a judge's order.
His vehicle drove off a two-lane highway and struck several barricades in a construction zone.
He was found naked. After a hospital visit, he was brought to the jail still naked at 3 am. There he was given a paper suit. That is a jail uniform made out of paper!!!

Zooey Deshanel to Portray Loretta Lynn on Broadway
Loretta Lynn announced from the stage of the Ryman Auditorium that she chose Zooey Deschanel to portray her in the upcoming Broadway adaptation of 'Coal Miner's Daughter.'
Following the announcement, Zooey joined Loretta on stage to sing Coal Miner's Daughter.
The onstage announcement was like that of the 1979 appearance where Lynn announced that she had chosen the actress Sissy Spacek to portray her in the Coal Miner's Daughter film. Sissy went on to win an Academy Award for her performance.
"Loretta Lynn and her music have been inspirations for me for as long as I can remember. She is a true legend and to be chosen to play such an iconic woman is a dream come true." said Zooey.
Johnny Cash Tribute
Ronnie Dunn, Jamey Johnson and Kris Kristofferson will be among the artists gathering to celebrate the life of Johnny Cash at the We Walk The Line: A Celebration of the Music of Johnny Cash concert on 20 April 2012
in Austin, Texas. The concert will take place at Austin City Limits
Live at The Moody Theatre and will pay tribute to Johnny.

Ronnie Dunn is a Grandpa!
At the age of 58, Ronnie Dunn has become a first time grandpa.
Ronnie's son Jessie and his wife had a baby boy on 26 February 2012. Born on the same day as Johnny Cash. The newest Dunn member's name is Huxton Wayne Dunn. They're going to call him 'Huck'.

Thompson Square Singers Father Dies
Shawna Thompson singer along with her husband of Thompson Square, Keifer Thompson, lost her father 23 February 2012. He died in Alabama of cancer. Shawna and her family were by his side when he passed.
Kenny Rogers Sues Capitol Records
Kenny Rogers has filed a lawsuit against Capitol Records. He claims that Capitol Records has failed to pay him royalties for music sold as digital downloads or ringtones.
Kenny's suit says that the label's refusal to pay for digital downloads is part of a conscious decision by Capitol Records to deprive artists of their proper royalties.
