Randy Travis, 53, was arrested again August 7, 2012.  He was found naked, smelling of alcohol and lying on a remote stretch of roadway in Texas.

He was charged with driving while intoxicated and felony retaliation.  He allegedly threatened to fatally shoot the highway patrol officer who responded to a caller saying there was a man lying in the roadway.

Randy refused to take a blood and breath test.  He was later forced to submit a blood specimen under a judge's order.

His vehicle drove off a two-lane highway and struck several barricades in a construction zone.

He was found naked.  After a hospital visit, he was brought to the jail still naked at 3 am.  There he was given a paper suit.  That is a jail uniform made out of paper!!!

Zooey Deshanel to Portray Loretta Lynn on Broadway

Loretta Lynn announced from the stage of the Ryman Auditorium that she chose Zooey Deschanel to portray her in the upcoming Broadway adaptation of 'Coal Miner's Daughter.'
Following the announcement, Zooey joined Loretta on stage to sing Coal Miner's Daughter.
The onstage announcement was like that of the 1979 appearance where Lynn announced that she had chosen the actress Sissy Spacek to portray her in the Coal Miner's Daughter film.  Sissy went on to win an Academy Award for her performance.
"Loretta Lynn and her music have been inspirations for me for as long as I can remember.   She is a true legend and to be chosen to play such an iconic woman is a dream come true." said Zooey.
