songwriter hank cochran dies

Songwriting legend Hank Cochran died July 14, 2010 in his Hendersonville, Tennessee home.
Cochran was a Nashville Songwriters Association Hall of Fame member after being inducted by unanimous vote in 1974. In June 2009, Cochran was honored by BMI for his 60-year career, which included such hits as “I Fall to Pieces,” “Make the World Go Away,” “Ocean Front Property,” “The Chair” and “Don’t You Ever Get Tired of Hurting Me.”
