Willie Nelson could be sentenced to up to 180 days in jail if he is found guilty of possession of marijuana.
Willie was arrested 26 Nov. 2010 in Sierra Blanca, Tex., when a routine road stop led officers to search his tour bus for the illegal drug, after detecting the odor of burning pot.
A search revealed six ounces of marijuana.
Willie, who holds an adviser appointment on the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), is free on $2,500 bond. His court date has not yet bet set.
