Arcade Fire, Eminem and country music icon Loretta Lynn are among the major stars announced for the 10th annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Tennessee.
Much like the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California and the Glastonbury Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts in Britain, Bonnaroo is among the top live music gatherings of the year.
Typically some 80,000 people from around the world trek to Manchester, Tenn., about an hour southeast of Nashville, for the four-day event. This year's Bonnaroo runs 9-12 June 2011.
For the 2011 edition, other major acts will be Widespread Panic, The Black Keys, Buffalo Springfield featuring Stephen Stills, Neil Young, Richie Furay, Rick Rosas and Joe Vitale, My Morning Jacket, Lil Wayne, Robert Plant & Band of Joy and Mumford & Sons.
Also included are The Strokes, The Decemberists, Dr. John and the Original Meters and Florence & the Machine.
Tickets, which include four days of music, camping and parking, go on sale at noon Saturday, 19 February 2011, at the event's website, bonnaroo.com.

lady antebellum on the grammys
Lady Antebellum have joined the lineup of performers on the Grammy Awards airing live 13 Feb. 2011 on CBS. They are nominated for six Grammys, with three nods in categories across all genres -- album, record and song of the year. Last year, they won a Grammy for "I Run to You" in the category of best country performance by a duo or group with vocals. Other newly-announced performers include Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, and Muse. As previously announced, Miranda Lambert will also perform at the Grammys, along with Arcade Fire, Eminem, Cee Lo Green, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry.

more acting for Eminem
Eminem is set to star in a film written by Sons Of Anarchy creator Kurt Sutter named Southpaw.
Sutter said he has been trying to work with Eminem for seven years, adding that the duo found common ground with the subject matter of the film, which is about a boxer.
"He'll play a world champion boxer who really hits a hard bottom, and has to fight to win back his life for his young daughter," Sutter said.
Eminem 's last movie, 8 Mile, came out in 2002.
No release date for Southpaw has been scheduled yet.
