The Greatest Hits Award is bestowed upon a country music artist whose chart-topping career has generated a vast catalog of number one hits that a greatest hits compilation is not only a necessary tribute to their fans but also recognition for their many contributions to the genre of country music.
"Alan Jackson is the consummate hit maker whose countless number of chart-topping songs can be heard every day on radio stations across the country," said Bob Bain, Executive Producer.
